They Ripped me off Real shame when a place with good food has bad service. I was a reg costumer there since I moved to the area 6 months ago. Never really liked the service but the food was always pretty good. The other night we ordered in. The next day when we check the cc statement for something we noticed we were over charged $4 by them! When we called to inquire they were rude and acted like us pointing out they over charged us was a nuisance to them. They handled it as poorly as one can imagine and they even raised there voice for no reason and hung up the phone. I then reported them to the BBB and was not shocked to find I was not the only person to do so in the last 6 months for there poor service. I hope they shape up but after getting ripped off ill never order from them again. If only they knew how to handle a costumer it never would have happened. I would of been happy with a "im Sorry" and a $4 credit on my next order. But now I will take legal action. Its there own fault for having a poor staff Reviewed on 02/07/2008
