Classical Poke Bowl is a collection of popular proteins and toppings from our customers. It comes with Sushi Rice as the base. Salmon, Tuna, and Ahi Poke are the proteins. Cucumber, Green Onion, White Onion, and Carrot mixed with Ponzu. Crab Salad, Corn, Edamame, Ginger, and Masago are the toppings. On top of the bowl are Fried Shallot, Furikake, and your choice of second sauce.
The ocean picture inspires the bowl. Sushi Rice and Spring Mix are the elements of the ocean floor. Shrimp (cooked), Scallops (cooked), and Tako (cooked Octopus) are the popular animal in the ocean.
