Lagered for six weeks, this selection of water, minerals, malt, and hops produce a brilliantly clear and crisp beer. A hint of sweetness from Pilsner malt is the perfect balance to the noble hops. 6.7% abv, 70 IBU, fg 2.1. Loads of hops added during the whirlpool and dry hopping make Yay! Sayer IPA burst with bright, tropical, and zesty citrus flavors. Bitterness is present but balanced, making this IPA very refreshing. Malt plays a supporting role with a hint of toast from the North American Pale malt and brightness from the oats. It was dry-hopped twice during fermentation - first warm, then cold - to extract exactly what we want from each hop varietal. The result is a beer that is smooth and easy drinking for its 8.5% abv.

4.8% abv, 60 IBU, 1.8P FG. Brewed in honor of the Pink Boots Society for International Women's Day 2020, Pink and Proud is a recipe headed by our cellarist Josie Becker. This Session IPA was brewed using the Pink Boots blend of hops, produced by PBS with Yakima Chief. Must be 21 to purchase.
12.1% abv, 30 IBU, 16.7ºP FG. This stout was brewed in collaboration with Bottle Logic as the first step of what will become a bourbon barrel aged Pastry Stout (Releasing November 2020). "Something Special" is the un-barrel aged portion of this pastry stout with no flavor adjuncts added. The composition of the grist was formed with lots of input from the Pastry Stout adepts at Bottle Logic, but the process to reach the staggering starting gravity of 32.5 plato (half the sugar content of molasses, or honey) Common Space brought to the table. Andy and Kushal have been talking for over a year about doing an additive mashing process they have dubbed a "Dougan Mash." Where in one mash's wort is run off, and the second mash is infused, not with water, but with the wort of the first mash, creating an additively stronger mash. 6.3% abv, 15 IBU. Aged over a year in spent wine barrels, and then dry hopped with whole cone Mandarina Bavaria, this mixed culture sour blends saccharomyces, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus to create a complex tartness and funk, that blends beautifully with the fruity flavors from the hops and oak tannins in this blend. 6.3% abv, 20 IBU. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bearded Tang - Sure Tang is a "kettle sour." This brew went through a primary fermentation with lactobacillus delbrueckii to lower the pH to 3.5, then we boiled it to kill the bacteria, and refermented with saccharomyces and an addition of pink guava puree to hit an abv of 6.3%. 9.7% ABV, 67 IBU, 2.0ºP FG. This Belgian style Tripel packs 50% more punch than the classic video game Double Dragon and three times the chutzpah of the SpaceX Dragon capsule - with subdued notes of alcohol, stone fruit and citrus yeast esters, complex sugar flavor with mild caramelization, hints of bubblegum and white pepper.
