3 Bones, unsauced. We slow cook our spare ribs in our own wood burning smoker oven for that unique flavor that only true smoking can achieve. Now, when we say flavor, we mean marinades. We cook all our ribs without sauce; we do not use dry rubs, or boil our ribs, or even poke them with a fork.

Our tender and succulent beef is slow smoked and dipped in a hot bath of light bbq sauce. it's sliced and piled high. choose a dinner or piled in a fluffy bun.

Our pulled pork is smoked for 14 hours to develop the most beautiful smoke ring only true slow smoking can produce. Your toughest decision is whether to enjoy this shredded on the plate, or in a fluffy bun.

Because bbq isn't bbq without throwing some chicken on the grill, our marinated boneless thighs hold in all the delicious flavor we can possibly create, and are grilled to a golden finish. The light and zesty flavors pack a punch and keep you coming back for more.

An eastern european tradition brought home southern style, nothing goes with ribs better than hot links (and some golden fries?and a frosty glass?but we digress) and these come with 3 slider buns.

Our salads are entree sized with your choice of meat: pulled pork, bbq beef, or chicken. If you don't want meat on your salad, just tell your server and deduct $3.00! Salads are piled high with this, that, and the other; we top it off with your choice dressings: sesame ginger garlic, house ranch, and italian raspberry vinaigrette (no sides with salad).

One of the true original southern desserts and named after mama, these hot baked peaches are covered with a thick, sweet cakey crust and topped with your choice of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

For the true chocolate lover, this rich, decadent double chocolate pudding will make you feel like a grown up kid, topped with whipped cream. We dare you not to lick the bowl.

Keith is black and his wife cathy is filipino, and this dessert is named after myles, their youngest son who calls himself a blackapino. Our fluffy house-made peanut butter pie is topped with a dollop of our double chocolate pudding and whipped cream.
