    • Callaloo Soupcup

      spinach, okra and coconut milk soup from trinidad. made with clam &lobster base, thyme, garlic and shallots.

    • Caribbean Conch Fritters

      (these are absolutely wonderful, but they take 10-15 minutes) imported conch from the caribbean, sweet corn and roasted red peppers seasoned with garlic, lime, kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper.

    • Crab and Sweet Corn Cakes

      crabmeat and sweet corn seasoned with herbs and spices from around the caribbean. served with our pineapple, mango salsa. (if you have to ask, stay out of my restaurant are they good?!)

    • Cajun Prawns

      (sometimes spicy, but worth the burn) large black tiger shrimp, marinated in lime, garlic and chili then dredged in cajun spices and seared in a black skillet. served with a grilled pineapple, mango roasted pepper and passion fruit chutney/salsa.

    • Punani Shrimp

      jumbo shrimp seasoned and breaded with coconut. served with sweet mango chutney.

    • Aubergine Choka

      eggplant stuffed with garlic then roasted. flame roasted eggplant is then sautéed with shallots, chilies, onions and seasonings. served with toasted pita.

  • Salads
    • St. Martin Salad

      baby greens, red onions, pineapple, tomatoes and tossed with my passion fruit/raspberry vinaigrette. also with jerk chicken or as dinner salad.

    • Punani Greens

      jumbo shrimp seasoned and breaded with coconut. served with mixed greens and my passion fruit/raspberry vinaigrette.

    • Island Caesar

      caesar salad with crisp romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, tossed in creamy caesar dressing. also with jerk chicken or as dinner salad.

  • Entrees
    • Pan Roasted Chilean Seabass

      (""the best, they say"") chilean sea bass seasoned and breaded seared in a black skillet and roasted in the oven. served with our pineapple, mango salsa.

    • Cornmeal Louisiana Catfish

      fresh catfish fillet seasoned with garlic, shallots, thyme, scallions, chilies, bacardi limon and dredged in cornmeal.

    • Blackened Catfish

      fresh louisiana catfish, dredged in house cajun spice blend, then seared in a black french skillet and oven roasted. served with passion fruit, mango, and grilled pineapple and pepper relish.

    • Creole Stewed Fish

      (and you know he got him some that that night, it's that good) australian orange roughy marinated in caribbean fish seasonings and stewed in creole voodoo sauce.

    • Blackened Salmon

      (eva say ""the best"" she's had and she is usually right!!) fresh atlantic salmon, dredged in a house cajun spice blend, then seared in a black french skillet and oven roasted. served with passion fruit, mango, and grilled pineapple and pepper relish.

    • Jerk BBQ Salmon

      fresh atlantic salmon seasoned with jerk rub and grilled to perfection. served with our pineapple, mango, and papaya salsa.

    • Curry Prawns

      delicate prawns sautéed with madras curry, garlic, onions, cumin, katchula and potatoes and tomatoes.

    • Chicken Stew

      pieces of delicious chicken sautéed in garlic, ginger, a dash of this and a little of that, green onions, soy sauce and tomatoes.

    • Jerk Chicken

      a half chicken seasoned with jerk seasoning, then grilled until tender. served with sweet mango chutney.

    • Curry Chicken

      succulent pieces of fresh chicken sautéed with madras curry, garlic, cumin, katchula and potatoes.

    • Jerk Steak

      choice flank steak marinated in jamaican jerk seasoning. served with pineapple, mango & tomato salsa.

    • Jerk Pork Loin

      a juicy piece of pork loin rubbed down and marinated with the jerk thing! served with pineapple, mango & tomato salsa.

    • Pineapple Glazed Pork Loin

      boneless cut of pork loin marinated in dark puerto rican rum, garlic, and the other stuff then grilled. served with pineapple chutney and mashed potatoes.

    • Curry Potatoes

      poached potatoes sautéed with madras curry, garlic, onions, katchula and tomatoes.

    • Assorted Vegetable Plate

      braised white mushroom, seasonal house vegetables, whatever vegetables your mother told me you need to eat!

      new york style cheesecake, made with ""real"" guava

    • West Indian Key Lime Pie

      real no-fat butter crust with real key limes and fresh whipped cream

    • Banana Passion Flambé

      (with vanilla ice cream) sliced bananas sautéed in passion fruit liquor, sweet butter, brown sugar and set a blaze with dark rum

    • Chocolate Bread Pudding

      (a la mode) no-fat real dark chocolate, no-fat real eggs, dried-up golden grapes, currants, rum, nutmeg and cinnamon

    • Peach Cobbler

      (a la mode) peaches marinated in rum, triple sec, allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg
