Brisket is a cut of meat from the breast or lower chest of beef. We slow-cook our brisket for 8-10 hours using our Homemade Dry Rub and a combination of Oak and Mesquite wood. Our tasty BBQ sauce is served on the side. Brisket is served sliced, regularly, if you would like it chopped or lean please specify in special instructions
Pulled Pork is derived from the Pork Butt and slow-smoked for about 6-8 hours. We pull the meat apart to produce shredded Pork. Sauce is served on the side
This is my spin on Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Boneless Skinless Dark Meat marinated overnight in our special sauce, which is a mixture of Jamaican spices, Teriyaki sauce, and homemade barbecue sauce
Rib tips are short, meaty sections of rib attached to the lower end of the spare ribs and usually contain cartilage or small bone. Our rib tips are prepared with our Secret Dry Rub and slow-smoked for about 2-3 hours. Sauce is served on the side
Hot Links are slow-smoked and served in bite size slices
Beef ribs are a primal cut of bone-in beef, coming from a single rib or from several ribs. Ribs are slow-smoked then glazed with our Special Sauce, and smoked a little longer
