Hints of compact and ripe dark fruits such as currants, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries as well as ripe rose jam, blackberry pesto and cooked fruit. White pepper, cinnamon and star anise on the finish. Well balanced between nose and mouth. On the mouth the acidity is accentuated with an astringent and youthful. The flavor is present but not invasive thanks to the tannins, embellishing the sip. In the center of the mouth there are black pepper and ripe fruit, crunchy acidity and tannins that tempt you to drink.
