2oz eagle rare 10, 1 dash peychaud bitters, 1 dash angostura, organic sugar, grapefruit and lemon oils (ask for our special tequila old fashioned as well)
3/4oz courvoisier vs, 3/4oz thomas handy rye, 3/4oz antica sweet vermouth, 1 teaspoon of benedictine with peychaud and angostura bitters. build over rocks stir and serve
