Meatball sandwich. Authentic Italian meatballs, Texas toast panini, sauteed tomato, layer of mozzarella cheese, fresh basil leaves and arugula, paired with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. Served with soup or salad.
Turkey sandwich. Oven roasted turkey with a cranberry relish, arugula frisee and havarti cheese on a toasted whole grain roll or wheat berry bread dressed with a chive mayo. Served with soup or salad.
Wild Planet albacore tuna salad. With black olives, chives mayonnaise, pickles relish and fresh dill with pepperoncinis, lemon zest, iceberg lettuce, chiffonade and olive oil drizzle on a talera roll or warm sourdough bread. Served with soup or salad.
Hickory smoked ham. On Kings Hawaiian bread bun or brioche bun with rouge Dijoinaise, havarti creme cheese, vine ripe tomato and frisee (tossed with olive oil, lemon salt and pepper). Served with soup or salad.
