Firestone Walker DBA is used to make the caramel, a little apple cider vinegar, and then double-smoked bacon bits are added at then end for savory, salty deliciousness. It's your new addiction, you just don't know it until you have the first bite.
We flavor the caramel with orange syrup, crushed red chilies and rice wine vinegar for a little extra zing. Don't judge the heat on the first bite, it takes about 3-4 pieces before it hits you, and then you're reaching for your favorite beer.
