10.5% ABV, Black label is the Triple IPA version of Mai Tai PA, our flagship West Coast IPA. Like the original, it features 100% Mosaic hops, and is dry hopped throughout fermentation across multiple additions to amplify hop flavor and create layers of tropical fruit expression from a single hop variety. At 10.5%, you know you’re into something big, but it’s quite balanced and drinkable, and the high alcohol functions to absorb as many hop oils as possible to make this one of the biggest West Coast-style Imperial IPA’s in our portfolio.
5% ABV, Lager - Munich Dunkel. Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

13.9% ABV, A blend of 33-month-old Barrel Aged English Barleywine. Extended aging in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willet Rye barrels has coaxed out complex layers of dried dark fruit, caramel, fresh leather, warming spices, figgy pudding, oak char, cocoa powder, and demerara sugar from this mahogany liquid.
13.9% ABV, A blend of 33 month old barrel aged English Barleywine. After resting in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willet Rye barrels we added roasted golden figs and Ecuadorian vanilla caviar. These additions unlocked lively fruity tones and deep vanilla layers within an already complex ale.
14% ABV, A blend of 29-month-old American Double Stout Aged in Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye barrels. These barrels were blended to showcase rich, roasted layers of coffee, chocolate, caramel, charred oak, bourbon, and roasted nuts. Beer aged with time and patience.
