3/4 oz bulleit bourbon, 3/4 oz bulleit rye, 1/4 oz carpano antica, 1/4 oz dolin blanc, 1 barspoon maple simple syrup, stirred, garnished with a brandied cherry, served up

2 oz nolet gin, 1/4 oz allspice dram, 1/2 oz ginger simple syrup, 6 drops of vanilla extract, shaken, absinthe rinse of glass, served in a single rocks glass over ice, add about an oz of root beer first and then the cocktail from the shaker

2 oz vodka, 1/4 oz creme de cassis, 1/2 oz simple syrup, 1/2 oz lime juice, muddle 3 slices of cucumber, 5 mint leaves and lime, shaken and double strained, garnished with a mint sprig, served over ice in a collins, with a float of ginger beer

1 1/2 oz dickel, 1/2 oz aperol, 1/4 oz lemon juice, 1/4 oz honey simple syrup, 1/4 oz ginger simple syrup, shaken, garnished with a lemon peel, served over ice in a collins, with a splash of soda
