in the 1940's, someone decided to mix condensed milk, butter and chocolate into a heated pan for brigadier eduardo gomes, and ta-da: a passion was born. the brigadier was the first to love it, but it quickly spread throughout the rest of the country. today, we use the same recipe, except we improved it with belgian chocolate and boosted it with belgian chocolate sprinkles.
is proven to be good for the heart and for the soul. we've created a version with 70% chocolate belgian cocoa, condensed milk, butter and 70% cocoa chocolate sprinkles. it's the perfect balance between the strong taste of cocoa and the sweet and smooth flavor of condensed milk. if you don't have too much of a sweet tooth, this is the one.
when life gives you lemons, make brigadeiro. brazilians love sweet and sour, so we've added lemon zest to our white chocolate brigadeiro mixture, made with belgian white chocolate, condensed milk, butter and white chocolate sprinkles to create an unusual citrus flavor that will give you a sweet, tingly feeling.
