In this tasting set, we are highlighting the bars we make that are 85% cocoa and above - the perfect experience for the lover of intense chocolate.
3.5 oz. (100 g.). Dandelion chocolate (cocoa beans and organic sugar), sugar, heavy cream, butter, glucose, vanilla beans, sea salt, non-gmo soy lecithin.
The 70% chocolates highlighted in this collection include: gola rainforest, Sierra Leone, Hacienda azul, Costa Rica, Zorzal comunitario, Dominican Republic, Kokoa kamili, Tanzania, Maya mountain, Belize. Ambanja, Madagascar.
3 oz. -85 grams. Dandelion chocolate 70% Camino Verde, Ecuador (cocoa beans and organic cane sugar), brown sugar, butter, black sesame seeds, toasted sesame seeds, sea salt.
6 oz. (170 g.). Made with our Camino Verde chocolate, we teamed with a pork of mocha and five artisan chocolatier to bring you the best chocolate-covered during espresso beans we've ever tasted.
3 Ounces (85 g.). Almonds, dandelion chocolate (cocoa beans and organic sugar), sugar, salt, soy lecithin (emulsifier), natural vanilla extract, cocoa butterand cocoa powder.
2.8 oz. (79 g.). Sugar, organic honey, hazelnuts, organic dried black mission figs, organic pumpkin seeds, glucose, water, dandelion chocolate 70% (cacao beans, cane sugar), organic eggs, organic cocoa butter, dried egg whites.
The flavors in the bar are many, but for us, the most prominent include red cherries, chocolate mousse and tart orange marmalade.
All of our single-origin chocolate is made with just cocoa beans and sugar. The beans for this bar come from freddy salazar's estate near Ecuador's Northern coast.

All of our single-origin chocolate is made with just cocoa beans and sugar. Chocolate maker kaija developed a bar profile to highlight the unusual creaminess of these beans. We taste notes of wildflower honey, malted hot cocoa and whipped cream.

5.5 oz. -160 grams. Inside each bottle is the ground chocolate base made from the 70% camino verde, Ecuador single-origin chocolate we use for our house hot chocolate drinks and, of course, a basic recipe for the home hot chocolate enthusiast.
Taste this bar next to the caramel notes that come from the San Francisco iteration of these same beans. Mariko loves how the flavors in the bar crescendo at the finish. We taste notes of darjeeling tea, peanuts and roasted coffee.
