Ground beef is sautéed with onions and spices then simmered with our own tomato sauce, mushrooms and roasted potatoes. Ingredients: ground beef, potato, tomato sauce, onion, and mushroom.
Eggs are scrambled with Jack cheese and caramelized onion. Diced, smoked ham is then added. Ingredients: smoked ham, scrambled eggs, jack cheese and onion.
Scrambled eggs are mixed with potatoes, sausage, cheddar cheese and caramelized onions. Ingredients: eggs, breakfast sausage, potato, cheddar cheese and onion.
Ingredients: ground chicken is cooked with spices then mixed with roasted potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, peas and fresh dill.
Lentils are soaked overnight, cooked and then mixed with yams, sauteed onions, cumin and other spices. Ingredients: lentil, yam, cumin and onion.

This pie is filled with our homemade vanilla custard. For the custard, we blend cream, butter, sugar, and extract of pure Madagascar vanilla.
This pie is filled with homemade sweet chocolate custard a blend of cream, butter, sugar, and sweet swiss chocolate powder.
We fill this pie with homemade custard, top it with fresh blueberries, and then glaze it with apricot jelly.
Fall & winter. We fill this pie with a mix of pureed pumpkin, beaten eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, and nutmeg. We top it with roasted pecan and glaze it with apricot jelly.
This pie has sliced pear, applesauce and a crumble mix made with butter, brown sugar, pastry flourand spices. (210 Cal.).
