Our banquet room can accommodate seating for up to 40 persons, (absolute maximum for a sit-down event). The room can also accommodate 50 for a standing room (only) cocktail and appetizer event
There is a $100 charge to use the banquet room for dinner and a $75 charge for lunch. The fee is required in advance to secure your reservation. Any dates can be rescheduled, (depending on availability) although the banquet fee is non-refundable. Menu prices may change without notice
Four hours is the time allotted for each dinner banquet and three hours for each lunch banquet
Menu selections must be submitted one week in advance with a reasonably accurate count of the guests attending
o outside food or beverages shall be brought into the facilities without notice and permission from El Palomar. Outside wine and champagne is allowed with prior notice and the corkage fee is $10 per bottle or $15 per magnum. Cakes can be brought in and cut with an additional fee of $10 per cake
The prevailing sales tax and a 20% service charge will be applied to all food and beverage
Tablecloths and napkins are provided for all functions. Please check with a manager well in advance if special colors are necessary
Guests are responsible for their own decorations. El Palomar can provide balloons and flowers, (for an additional charge) with a minimum of one week notice. The restaurant does not permit the affixing of anything to the walls with nails, tacks or heavy adhesive tapes. No confetti will be allowed in the banquet room. Guests may be asked to sign an agreement to assume responsibility for any damages occurring during an event. El Palomar will not be responsible for any articles left or lost during an event
All meals will be charged at a per-person cost and presented on one bill. Alcoholic Beverages can be paid for individually by guests or on one bill. Payment is required at the end of the banquet. All prices subject to change
