Dinner - Entrees

All entrees are followed by an array of family style vegetable dishes including orange glazed carrots and fennel; creamed spinach; artichoke gratin; braised spring leeks and garlic mushroom salad
- Roast Duckling
  
  Duck is cooked with onions and caraway seed and served with wild rice on the side. Topped with an orange duck sauce.
- Chateaubriand
  
  Flavorful & tender beef tenderloin cooked to perfection in a cast iron skillet with garlic & mushrooms. A single serving of Chateaubriand is then sliced into medallions on your plate and served with potatoes dauphinoise, asparagus, mushroom au jus and a bearnaise sauce on the side.
- Cod & Sea Scallops
  
  Baked cod on lobster and asparagus risotto, seared sea scallops, and a sherry lobster sauce.
- Mustard Parmesan Crusted Rack of Lamb
  
  Mint & spring pea pearl couscous and balsamic chive sauce.
