2 oz. sweet tea vodka, lemon wedge, 1 oz. peach puree, 1 oz. sour mix, ice tea. preparation: in a pint glass muddle a lemon wedge, add an oz. of peach puree, vodka and sour mix. top with ice, shake it and top with an ice tea. serve in the same pint glass.
2 oz. pisco, 3 lime wedges, 1 oz. agave, sour mix. preparation: in a pint glass muddle 3 lime wedges, add an oz. of agave nectar, 2 oz. of machu pisco, add egg whites, top with ice and sour mix. shake vigorously and pour the content in the same pint glass
2 oz. rancho alegre tequila, 3 lime wedges, 1 oz. agave, sour mix. preparation process is the same as in pisco. served in a double old fashioned
2 oz. of rum, mint, 3 lime wedges, 1 oz. agave, sour mix. preparation: in a pint glass muddle 3 lime wedges and the mint, add agave and rum, top with ice and sour, shake the content and pour it in a double old fashioned glass. top with a splash of soda
2 oz. jim beam rye, 1.5 oz sweet vermouth, dash of orange bitters infused with basil. preparation: in a shaker filled with ice add whisky and vermouth, dash of bitters and stir everything. do not shake it!!! strain everything in a chilled martini glass and serve.
2 oz. svedka, 1 oz. st. germain, 3 lemon wedges, sour mix. preparation: in a shaker muddle 3 lemon wedges, add vodka and st. germain, top with an oz. of sour mix and shake vigorously. pour the content into a chilled martini glass. served with a lemon twist
