We roast shelled peanuts (meaning taken out of the shell) in our oven. We offer two types: Sweet and Spicy- peanuts that have been dredged in Maple Syrup and hot salty spices; and Rosemary Garlic- peanuts that have been dredged in a fresh rosemary and garlic pesto sauce. Two sizes: 8 oz bag and 12 oz bag.

All our lasagnas are made with fresh pasta, fresh mozzarella, and plenty of care. Each one is vacuum sealed in a microwave ready container. As a result they have a longer shelf life and they can keep in your refrigerator for over a week. Order them ahead of time before the dinner rush and then just heat them when you are ready to eat.

All our cheeses are cut in house and then vacuum packed to maintain freshness. Because we hand cut our cheese, weights are approx. and are designed to be between 8 and 9 oz.
All our meats are dry cured and sliced in house, then vacuum packed for longer shelf life. Each package is approx. 4 oz, Except for our house cured salmon gravlax which is 5 oz.
