chicken, beef, cheese or veggie we really do a job on this one - we take a large flour tortilla, stuff it with veggies, 2 types of cheese, your choice of chicken, beef fajitas, veggies, or just more cheese, then grilled and served with sour cream, pico di gallo and guacamole if you ask.

plenty for sharing queso made with spicy creamy cheeses, jalapeno peppers and other good stuff. we make our own salsa-speaks for itself.

our roadhouse fries smothered with two types of cheese, lots of fresh chopped bacon, served with garlic ranch dip & jalapeno peppers on request.

we marinate the chicken for 24 hours, then coat it with our seasonings, slow cook it on our rotisserie. it's better than good.
