A burrito is a warm soft tortilla wrapped around your selection of ingredients. You decide if your burrito is plain or spicy. To create your own burrito, make the following selections: weight watchers friendly: all your selections below in a bowl except cheese or sour cream (under 500 calories) or all your selections below in a wheat tortilla with brown rice, no sour cream or cheese.
