four chicken loins are encrusted with a mixture of corn flakes crushed almonds, then fried to a golden brown. hand made to order.
two flaky pastry shells are stuffed with seasoned pork, beef, onions, peppers, & cheese, then deep fried until crispy. served with smoked tomato bacon ranch for dipping.
mini corn dogs are pilled in a basket and served piping hot. we highly recommend good old fashioned mustard & ketchup for dipping.
chunks crab meats are combined with bread crumbs & spicy mayonnaise, then pan seared.
six large shrimp are grilled and served with homemade cocktail
