vegan at its best. chickpeas, fresh onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro and my mom's secret spices. everything's mixed and ground together then deep-fried in vegetable oil in the form of sticks. try one on the run falafel will be served as a wrap on a flat pita with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickled turnips and green pickles imported from back home topped with tahina sauce (sesame paste sauce) and homemade hot sauce. or it can be served over a bed of salad and rice.

made from the best top round fillets and lamb thinly sliced and stacked on top of each other. its seasoned and marinated for a very succulent taste. while most average shawarma has a very unassuming spice mix, mine is different. i use the best spice mix around? 12 spices to be exact. it will be served on a pita with the salad mix mentioned above.
