Fried ice cream had its origin in the 1960s, some claim, when it was invented by Japanese restaurants. Our fried ice cream features a scoop of frozen ice cream fried in our special batter and topped with raspberry coulis whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry.
Taro, pheuak in Thai language, is believed to have been one of the world’s earliest cultivated plants. Native to Southeast Asia, taro and as use in Thai cuisine in a variety of ways, including as a snack. A traditional Thai dessert, pieces of taro are shaped into balls and served in warm & sweet coconut milk.
