We blend frozen Acai berries, strawberries, bananas, and splash of soy milk to make a thick fruit smoothie. We then parfait the puree between two layers of granola. The bowl is then topped with blueberries, sliced bananas, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut, and a drizzle of honey.
Pitaya bowl contains granola, pitaya puree and an assortment of mango, kiwi, pineapple, coconut, and a drizzle of honey to top it all off.
The Green Bowl is a puree with spinach, banana, mango, and kale, blended with almond milk. It is layered between our homemade granola. It is topped with strawberry, mango, blueberry, coconut and honey.
