A dessert made from the fruits of the rare Maad (Saba senegalensis) tree. The fruits are flavored to give it a little sweet taste. This dessert could actually be eaten spicy/salty, just add a little bit of salt or pepper to give it a delicate sweet and sour taste. Or add more sugar if you want it extra sweet. A real West African secret!
