The salads are prepared with fresh lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, tomato, and cucumber. Then we top the salad with a choice of 1 of our fine meats grilled with onions and the appropriate cheese cut julienne-style and garnished on the side of the salad.

With 1 and 1/2 oz. onions then topped with 2 oz. cheese sauce.

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tbl. bacon bits, (#4 setting on the microwave), 2 #30 scoop sour cream and 1 shake (freeze-dried) chives.

5 medium spears (or 1 cup) of broccoli (#5 setting on the microwave) topped with 2 ounces cheese sauce.

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tbl. bacon bits.

2 #30 scoops sour cream topped with 1 shake (freeze-dried) chives.

3 potato skins (3-4 baking potato, wedged and scooped), deep-fried and topped with 1 oz. cheese sauce, 1-2 tbl. bacon bits and 1 # 30 scoop sour cream.

Beef chili (with beans), chopped onions, shredded cheddar cheese, and 1 #30 scoop sour cream.

Lightly salted fries.
