Our steaks are some of the best you will find. Each steak is seasoned then cooked on an 1800 degree broiler, which sears in their flavor. We offer them 3 unique ways. Smithy style is served on sizzling skillet & topped w/ clarified butter. Cjs choice is highlighted w/ superb rosemary garlic butter & ellisland is topped w/ a peppercorn cream sauce, discovered on a recent trip to scotland. Served w/ our bell bowl salad & your choice of 2 sides.

8oz. Hand rubbed w/ our secret seasonings & slow roasted. We recommend medium or below. As part of our commitment to quality, our prime rib is slow roasted daily. We use our years of experience to gauge how much we will need, but sometimes you surprise us! We apologize if we run out before you order, but we believe it is worth it.
