Any bread that doesn't sell within 6 hours of baking (or end of day) gets frozen for your enjoyment at a later date. They are fully baked, perfectly fresh loaves that simply need a couple hours on the counter (out of the bag please so it doesn't sweat) to thaw, or can be thawed quicker in a 250 degree oven for 45-60 minutes per whole loaf (shorter for focaccia). Flavors in stock can vary, state your preference in the insturctions and we will do our best! Flavors: White Bread, Nordic Focaccia (round, flat), Sourdough, Pumpernickel, Golden Honnee Millet, Limpa (in the style/flavor of Swedish Rye), and Pilgram (think whole wheat bread meets the subtle spice and moistness of cinnamon raisin bread without hte raisins; all with a cool glowing color and gluten free benefits!)

Our almond cake was so popular, we had to create a spinoff! So, while pistachios are not a Swedish ingredient, they are one of my favorite and contribute extra butteriness to this moist cake. A drizzle of orange blossom icing brings a pop of flavor and addictivity!

Kladdkakor are Swedish sticky chocolate cakes that are gooey and fudgy like an undercooked brownie or room temperature pudding cake. Ours is filled with salted caramel that soaks into the pores and the whole thing is then coated in ganache.

With just pumpkin, rice flour, chickpeas and peanut butter, these treats receive the paw of approval from Carina and her guide dogs, Sutter and Moby.
