We generally have a pretty large stock of frozen breads that we make in house, have for sale that day, and then freeze. Al you have to do is take the bread out of hte bag and let it thaw at room temperature before slicing and enjoying (you can even thaw a bit, slice in half, and then refreeze one semi-frozen half). You can also wrap in foil and heat in the ovne fro about 20 minutes at 350 degrees and then uncover for another 10 minutes.
