The aroma of ripened Oregon blackberries on a crisp moonlit September night inspired this golden ale. Cascade and Citra hops are used in this purple brew which is aged on 160 lbs of ripe sustainably grown Oregon blackberries per 10 barrel batch. Packed full of antioxidants, it's good for your body and soul!
A golden ale with blackberry and pineapple puree added to celebrate our inevitable endless rainstorms brought to us by the weather phenomena know as the "Pineapple Express". A tropical treat to chase away those rainy day blues!
A refreshing Mexican style ale made with pilsner malt, flaked corn and oats, on lager yeast fermented at ale temperatures. It's light and crisp!
Traditional German style pilsner. German noble hops lend a bouquet of spicy, earthy and floral notes. This pilsner hits with a slight bitterness and finishes smooth and crisp. PROST!! Hops: Saaz, German Select and Santiam
A refreshing twist on a classic German Schwarzbier. Black as night with hints of chocolate and coffee. Just 3/8 teaspoons of orange puree added per pint to highlight the aroma and citrus notes of the Cascade hops.
Made with 2-row and Vienna malts, with a touch of Honey and White Wheat malts. We then added 240 lbs. of fresh Oregon strawberry purée to give it's distinct color and flavor.
A hoppy version of a traditional Golden Ale. We added white wheat and honey malt to our base malts and used Columbus, Cascade and Citra hops in the kettle. We dry hopped with Amarillo to add a fruity finish.
