from the cauca region of colombia, this coffee reminds us why coffees from colombia have historically become regarded as some of the finest in the world. this coffee represents the work of over 80 different farmers in cauca and is nothing short of delicious. we find it to be extremely pleasant in its balance of sweetness and subtle fruit. look for notes of cocoa, caramel, toasted almond and light fruit.

we are thrilled to be serving this coffee, the first we've ever tasted from burundi! this coffee comes to us from the bwayi washing station in kayanza burundi and was especially sourced by roast master tim hill at counter culture for its extreme deliciousness. this beauty has everything we expect from fine east african coffee: luscious citrus, savory creaminess and rich butterscotch sweetness.

coming to us from mill owner abdullah bagersh, this coffee is nothing short of mind blowing. by carefully hand selecting only the ripest coffee cherries and sun drying them in raised beds abdullah has managed to produce a coffee that explodes with notes of blueberry, strawberry, bergamot, chocolate and an exceptional mouthfeel.
