1 Pound of large wings either Mild, Hot or Nuclear Meltdown (waiver required) served with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
Battered chicken breast tenders with fries
Breaded jack cheeses with a hint of buffalo sauce.
Dill pickle spears dipped in seasoned beer batter and deep fried, served with a creamy southwestern style dipping sauce.
Made with real Guiness beer.
Choice of wings, tenders, sticks, rings or rockets
Nationally known chili (ok, well maybe not "Nationally" , but at least award winning). Mild, Hot or Nuclear Meltdown (waiver required).

A 20-22 oz cowboy cut rib eye that's lightly dusted with the special house seasoning and grilled to perfection.
A 14-16 oz bone-in strip steak seasoned and grilled to your liking. One great steak that also provides a nice surprise for your "best friend" at home.

A 10 oz sirloin filet marinated in fruit juices, soy, garlic, and spices for a minimum of 72 hours, grilled to your desired temperature with nice caramelization.

A half rack of ribs divided between the carolina dry rub and our rib sauce, a large sample of the three different pulled pork BBQ styles that represents different regions of our state (check our back page of menu), and a good 'ol sample of beef brisket.
