Fresh blue crab claw fingers (also known as crab cocktail fingers) are the first section of the crab claw with part of the shell removed. It is pan-seared and tossed in our scampi garlic butter sauce, and served with toasted bread.

Saint's salad includes fresh romaine lettuce topped with onion, carrot, tomato, corn, boiled egg. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bacon. The salad is served with a choice of protein blacken or grilled, chicken, popcorn shrimp, lobster, or blackened catfish.
You can make up your own combination of fried delights. It comes with a side of crispy potato fries and 2 homemade hush puppies. Your choice of proteins are catfish fillet (1 piece), fried butterfly shrimp (4 pieces), chicken planks (3 pieces), and fried oysters (4 pieces). All of our fried proteins are hand battered and never cooked from frozen. All of the batters are house made - cornmeal, bread crumb, and cracker meal.

Fresh noodles made in house. Fresh garlic is cooked in butter and mixed into the noodles with our garlic butter seasoning.
Lobster roll made in the Maine style. Chilled lobster meat is mixed with a house mayo dressing. The dressed lobster meat is stuffed into a warm toasted buttery brioche hot dog bun and served with Cajun fries.
Texas-raised Wagyu cattle from Rosewood Ranch in Ennis, TX. These cattle are raised in the exact same methods that makes the Kobe beef in Japan so popular. The Wagyu meat is exactly the same as the Kobe Wagyu beef except that this meat came from cattle raised in Texas instead of the Japanese city of Kobe. Wagyu patty served a warm pink center with melted yellow cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and Hellman mayonnaise.
Chicken planks battered in bread crumb and smothered in Buffalo sauce. Placed between 2 brioche burger buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and Hellman mayonnaise.
Po Boys use a 6-inch fresh hoagie that is toasted until it is crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. All po boys comes with fries and hushpuppies. They are stuffed with your choice of meat: popcorn shrimp, oysters, or catfish. Popcorn Shrimp is the most popular choice.
A New England style clam chowder. It is made with a cream base with a thick consistency. Prepared with cream, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, shrimp, clam meat, and crab meat.
This is a pasta linguine dish using a homemade garlic butter scampi broth. The scampi broth has onions, garlic, butter, thyme and oregano leaves, and house seasoning.
This is a pasta linguine dish using a spicy tomato broth diablo = spicy. It has onions, garlic, whole tomatoes, basil, and capers.
A Cajun rice dish that consists of vegetables, shrimp, crab, sausage, mussel, and clam with the rice mixed in.
A homemade, rich, and creamy soup made with cream and tomatoes as the base. Its flavor resembles the lobster bisque.
