Paradox Pastry
Heart healthy muffins with whole wheat, cornmeal, oats, buttermilk, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Healthy and delicious. We sometimes get crazy and actually make these with different flavors like banana nut, roasted apple pecan and gluten free carrot, apple, walnut spice muffins. We're fans!
I'm not really sure why these are called Jewish cakes. I wish i did or at the very least, I wish I i could come up with a witty story as to why. Meanwhile, dig in. These cakes are delicious!

The Queen of Paradox and gluten free by default. Pure almond flour, butter, sugar and eggs. This cake has more than its fair share of ardent admirers!
Pumpkin, banana walnut, lemon poppy seed, cranberry orange and whatever floats our boat!

Bite sized, so you don't eat as many. (Sly smile) mix and match, 1 dozen minimum with 4 tiles per flavor.

Great northern beans, olive oil, rosemary, thyme and a wee bit of kosher salt. Good stuff!. Vegan. Gluten-free.
Again, lean and clean. Lots of tomatoes and the secret ingredient (guess not now!) of dried out, day old bread. It's the way the Italians do it as not to have any waste. We like how they think!
We've been told time and again that this is the best black bean soup ever. We agree, bias aside. Gluten-free.
Lovely, belly warming, milk-based soup with lots of spinach and red potatoes. My mom would've made something wonderful like this one. Vegetarian.
