Chef greg prepares lato gelato from scratch using his own gelato milk base combined with fresh ingredients. Gelato contains a 6% butterfat content vs traditional ice creams 25% or more fat content, with only 15% air there is no air added vs ice creams 100-200% air, and we use real, all natural flavorings made in house from scratch.
